Medicare Teen Dental Vouchers
Recently, the federal government introduced the Teen Dental Voucher system. This system allows parents of teenagers to use the voucher to pay for $153.45 of preventative treatment.
However, this is not a compulsory scheme for private practices to participate in. Never-the-less, being a family orientated practice we understand what an excellent opportunity this presents to families and have agreed to see patients who wish to use the vouchers.
Unfortunately, there are government regulations on how the vouchers can be used, particularly if families also have Medical Health Insurance.
